Refunds & Chargebacks

Refunds are only issued if an order qualifies under the Refund Policy and, when applicable, after the carrier reimburses the merchant.
Filing a chargeback immediately ends Latour Hair Beauty Plus’s involvement in resolving the order. Once a chargeback is filed, all communication and resolution must go through the customer’s bank.
Customers who file a chargeback waive their right to further assistance from Latour Hair Beauty Plus regarding that order.
