1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days before shipment.

  • Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details. Latour Hair Beauty Plus is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or fees caused by incorrect addresses.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Latour Hair Beauty Plus selects the shipping carrier at its sole discretion. Customers cannot choose or request a specific carrier at checkout.

  • Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, Latour Hair Beauty Plus is not responsible for any loss, theft, misdelivery, or damage unless Shipping Protection was purchased at checkout.

  • If a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered received by the customer.

3. Shipping Protection (Strongly Recommended)

  • Customers may add Shipping Protection at checkout for a small fee.

  • Shipping Protection covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If purchased, Latour Hair Beauty Plus will replace or refund the order once the carrier investigation is complete.

  • If Shipping Protection is not purchased, the customer assumes full responsibility for carrier-related issues. Refunds or replacements will not be issued without Shipping Protection.

4. Refunds & Chargebacks

  • Refunds are only issued if an order qualifies under the Refund Policy and, when applicable, after the carrier reimburses the merchant.

  • Filing a chargeback immediately ends Latour Hair Beauty Plus’s involvement in resolving the order. Once a chargeback is filed, all communication and resolution must go through the customer’s bank.

  • Customers who file a chargeback waive their right to further assistance from Latour Hair Beauty Plus regarding that order.

5. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Latour Hair Beauty Plus, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions, including the responsibility for their package if Shipping Protection is not purchased at checkout.
