- Clothing items require a processing time of 2-3 days, and they are typically dispatched within 5-7 business days.

- To ensure the safety of your order, customers are required to purchase shipping protection during the checkout process.
- If Shipping Protection is not purchased, there will be no refund or replacement for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages:
- Customers who have purchased Shipping Protection can quickly receive a replacement or refund in the event that their package is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit. Please contact our customer support team at info@latourhairbeautyplus.com for assistance.

Returns for Clothing Orders:
- All clothing orders are eligible for refunds.
- To request a refund, please contact us at info@latourhairbeautyplus.com with your order details, reason for your return, and your preferred resolution type.

- If your refund request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label that you can print and attach to your package. You can then drop it off at your nearest courier to complete the return process.
