Latour Hair Beauty Plus selects the shipping carrier at its sole discretion. Customers cannot choose or request a specific carrier at checkout.

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, Latour Hair Beauty Plus is not responsible for any loss, theft, misdelivery, or damage unless Shipping Protection was purchased at checkout.

If a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered received by the customer.
Shipping Protection (Strongly Recommended)

Customers may add Shipping Protection at checkout for a small fee.

Shipping Protection covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If purchased, Latour Hair Beauty Plus will replace or refund the order once the carrier investigation is complete.

If Shipping Protection is not purchased, the customer assumes full responsibility for carrier-related issues. Refunds or replacements will not be issued without Shipping Protection.
