⏳ Claim Filing Timeframes
ShipTection requires a short waiting period before a claim can be submitted for missing packages:

Lost packages: File after 14 days (domestic orders)

Stolen packages: File after 14 days (domestic orders)

International orders: Wait 30 days before filing
These timelines ensure the carrier has enough time to attempt delivery.
